Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs, offering a comfortable retreat with plenty of storage space for your belongings. The third bedroom is located on the main floor. The newly tiled bathroom features a beautiful clawfoot tub - the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The apartment is filled with natural light thanks to numerous windows that let in plenty of sunshine, making the space feel bright and airy. Other Details to Note
My building has been fully cosmetically remodeled but the bones are still old. Although there are window AC units and a furnace, the place struggles to hold to a perfect temperature in more extreme weather. The walls/ceilings can also be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests in other units during your stay! We are closely located to Clinton and Division. There is approx 9 steps that you have to take to get to the building.
