Neighborhood

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors (no chain restaurants here!). Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, dive into some wings at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or enjoy a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch. Portland isn't just for foodies. The vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore in this hipster haven. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of fun, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park on top of a dormant volcano vent, where you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city. Enjoy the best of Portland’s unique charm and vibrant culture in the Hawthorne/Buckman District!

Good to know

The exterior of the building promises to stand out amidst the sea of uniform structures popping up throughout the city. With rusted metal siding blending seamlessly with painted stucco panels and black, burned Japanese Shou Sugi Ban wood, it creates a signature look that will catch the eye of anyone traveling down Hawthorne Boulevard. The building is perfectly positioned between the vibrant commercial sector of Hawthorne and leafy side streets filled with residential architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years. The interiors are designed to evoke a sleek, soothing European feel, featuring the highest-grade surfaces and finishes. Enjoy the comfort of mini-split heating and cooling, stainless steel appliances (including dishwashers), in-unit washer/dryers, 9-foot ceilings, and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. The stunning cabinetry with glittering quartz countertops adds a touch of elegance, making this a truly unique and luxurious living experience. Thanks for considering our place, we hope to welcome you soon!
